The aim of this site is to have planner guides, community events that may not be directly related to orienteering, a mapping software details page, and maps uploaded for people to learn from or use, as well as a blog if people want to share their experiences.
The site is independent of the PenOC site: http://penoc.org.za/, and also different from the SAOF site: http://www.orienteering.co.za/

The hope is that everyone should have access to edit and share their resources here, to promote community orienteering groups and events.
