We are a small group of people creating a future where people with chronic diseases like Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's Disease who are prescribed infusion medications like Remicade and Entyvio are able to travel confidently to other countries and get their medications at their destinations, knowing who to talk to, where they can get their medications, roughly how much they'll cost, and how they can get assistance paying for them.
