Project Filelist for Semantic Web API

First public release of SWAPI.  Has an interface for working 
with the RDF Abstract Syntax.  Also, an implementation for 
Jena is provided.  This is version 0.0.25 since it has about 
a quarter of the work finalized for version 0.1.  Expect 
0.0.5 soon.  (I can't figure out CVS, so I'm releasing here 
until I can.)

Changes in version 0.0.25 (2005-09-04):
  1. Inteface modeling the RDF Abstract Syntax.
  2. Jena implementation and unit tests of the RDF Abstract Syntax.
  3. Uploaded via CVS.
  4. Changed version numbering.
